As cities continue to need more dense urban residential developments its important to maintain a sense of place for those living there. A sustainable design that embraces the unique qualities of the neighborhood and provides public spaces that feel safe and have quality materials and incorporates art and landscaping to add to the public realm.
In our drastically challenging environment it has become more important to create private outdoor spaces for individual residences that provide air and sunshine throughout the year.
