Kevin’s thirty year love affair with the Shore Lodge began in 1990. Late in the year he was asked to renovate a roadside motel on spectacular Payette Lake in McCall Idaho. Over the next thirty years Kevin built a grand log home which became the Whitetail Lodge, and carved out a golf course through the nearby woods. He was responsible for the Master Plan and entitlements for the Whitetail development to expand the residential development. He was instramental in trading the city of McCall’s main water pump site for ground which became the Pavillon building.
