Kevin’s involvement with Urban Planning goes back to the early eighties in downtown Boise. As a young architect he was involved in the master plan that conceived of the vibrant mixed use downtown that is realized today. Kevin spent eight years as Planning and Zoning Chairman and ten years on the Capital City Development Corporation Board in Boise Idaho helping to get the initial plans built and encouraging development in the core. Boise has boomed and has been one of the fastest growing cities in the west. The experience led him to seek larger scale projects and more dense urban settings. He has been responsible for creating large scale Master Plan work in Las Vegas, China, and Seattle.
